Abstract

This study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of Infraclavicular Brachial Plexus Block
(ICB) combined with Suprascapular Nerve Block (SSNB) versus Coracoid Approach Brachial Plexus
Block (CAPB) combined with Posterior Suprascapular Nerve Block (PSNB) in providing analgesia for
shoulder arthroscopy. The primary outcomes include postoperative pain scores, hemidiaphragm
paralysis incidence, opioid consumption, and complications. The study hypothesizes that ICB + SSNB
will provide comparable analgesia to CAPB + PSNB while further reducing the risk of phrenic nerve
involvement.
